Return Policy

Please understand that the following return policy is that of our distributor(s). marinemonster.com must comply with this policy in order to process any and all returns.
1. Marinemonster.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. No items will be accepted after 30 days from invoice. All returns must be prepaid.
2. Merchandise shall not be returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by marinemonster.com. RMA numbers can be obtained from our customer service department. To obtain RMA number, please send an e-mail to RMA@marinemonster.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
3. Marinemonster.com provides our warehouse address ( return address) via e- mail.
4. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% ; Please send an e-mail to customerservice@marinemonster.com for more details.
5. Closeouts, Specials Order items may not be returned.
6. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
7. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to appropriate manufacturer.
8. When a our customer refuses a package or shipping company returns the package, shipping company is charging an Undeliverable Package Return Charge. This amount will be billed to you.
